Revolutionize Your Routine: Mastering the Habit Loop!

In Habitville, Jamie had big dreams but struggled to stick to his habits. He’d start with a bang – trying to meditate, planning to run, and buying books to read. But soon, his phone, the comfy couch, and late-night TV would win.

Jamie learned about a simple trick – cue, routine, reward, and repeat – and decided to give it a go.

He put a meditation reminder on his pillow, so when he woke up, it was the first thing he saw. Meditation done, he’d treat himself to a nice coffee.

His running shoes were right by the door, ready for him to slip on and jog while the city woke up. The reward? A beautiful sunrise.

At night, he swapped the TV remote for a book. Reading became his new night routine, making him feel proud.

He kept a journal open on his desk, which reminded him to write. Writing brought him peace.

French words on his mirror nudged him to practice French, aiming to watch a movie without subtitles later as a treat.

Saving money became easier when a budgeting app reminded him to note what he spent. Seeing his savings grow was his reward.

Moving his alarm clock across the room meant he had to get up to switch it off – no more snooze button. His reward was a calm start to the day.

Soon, Jamie’s new habits felt natural. They were a part of him, making life better.

Remember, a little reminder can lead to big changes in your habits.
